1/27/10: Another “at work” project. I was supposed to make these to go along with the Burnished Leaves Cowl last Christmas. Unfortunately, time caught up with me. I plan to send these gloves to Kai’s sister, Maija, along with a thank you note.

1/29/10: The first glove is done. Well, the knitting part is anyway. It seems like the glove will be a little tight. I am using a needle that’s one size smaller than the pattern suggests, but I started with 40 stitches instead of 36. Perhaps some aggressive blocking will help.

2/6/10: The knitting is done! The gloves are currently blocking. I’ll probably sew them up tomorrow.
