I designed these socks for my friend Eileen as a congratulatory gift for getting her Biology PhD. In college, Eileen played on a co-ed soccer team made up of science students called “Biohazard.” I couldn’t resist working the symbol into some socks for her.

I started with the symbol and then turned that into a chart. I oriented the chart so that the symbols would flow down onto the top of the foot. Other than that, just your basic cuff-down sock!

The yarn was an absolute dream to work with. LOVE IT.
