Adding short rows in the thumb to improve fit, as inspired by Montes.

Provisionally cast-on 8 thumb stitches instead of the pattern’s 12, and follow chart on p152 of Short-Row Colorwork Knitting, with these changes:

• Omit rows 16, 17, 26, & 27.
• Subtract one stitch each from the stitch counts worked at the beginning of rows 18, 20, 22, & 24.
