co 268 using long-tail cast on
30 jun - completed rpt 1 of woven pattern. Can’t be bothered weaving as I go, so knit full round then weave contrast thread bw sts while slipping the entire row purlwise. it’s looking good.

12 jul - ready to do cast off. cast on 3 sts provisionally, i-cord bind off, graft sts at end.
13 jul - cast off done. graft is ok, not great. might have been better to start with a new end of yarn for the provisional cast on, rather than use working yarn. was trying to avoid ends.
