Very unusual - I have the type of yarn listed for this pattern. Normally I just substitute a yarn that I have in a colour I like. This time around I have some Yet, so I’ll use it.
I’m using the wrong size needle cos I can’t find a 5mm needle and am not buying one presently. It will work out ok :-)
This pattern works up very quickly once you are past the cast on and lace. I knitted all the stockinette part in one afternoon/evening.
I think I must’ve bought a second of this yarn - it was absolutely full of bits of plastic. Therefore I am not rating it as I doubt I got a representative sample.
Renamed for MiL’s previous car, the late departed Rufus, who was greeny-blue or bluey-green. MiL is delighted with it :-)
