I found the leaf instructions confusing and made for an odd sort of leaf, so I adapted the instructions after getting a sort of leaf shape. The stem is too thick and I’d suggest using a DK or sport weight for it.

Also, I needed to make the lid larger, so I added an increase row before row 6, and then added a row of slip stitches after the final single-crochet-in-every- stitch row.

This little pumpkin bowl wasn’t hard, but I did not find that it makes a perfect circle. It’s cute. enough. I guess.

Yarn yardage is best estimate. I used scraps of brown and green for the stem and leaf.
