I first learned to knit when I was 7 years old, taught by my mom. She showed me the basics—just knits and purls—and I made a few very holey scarves! I did not pick up my needles again until my early 20s when I was living in Denmark, I started crocheting for my nephew. I loved making amigurumis and big, cozy scarves, but I still stuck to simple projects back then.

At 26, when I was pregnant with my first son, my mom and I decided to start knitting again—who can resist baby knits? My skills were still rough, but I kept learning, discovering circular needles, seamless patterns, and new techniques. I have not put my needles down since!

Knitting quickly became a passion, leading me to participate in contests and eventually design my own patterns. I started with accessories before moving on to clothing for myself and my son. I love a challenge and always try to grade my patterns for as many sizes as possible.

My designs focus on a modern romantic style, with pieces that grow with kids, because I know the effort and love that goes into knitting them—it should not be just for a single season!
