I’m a science-based, evidence-based registered dietitian with a PhD Aging & Health. I’m currently a postdoctoral scholar with a focus on aging and nutrition. I’ve been crocheting since I was 8, and enjoy exploring how different stitches can be used to create beautiful, practical items!
