I create knitwear designs for mindful making. Through thoughtful patterns, I invite you to have a relationship with your craft and your process, so you can engage in making as well as having made.

As a full-time mental health therapist and lifetime spiritual seeker, mindfulness and well-being is a theme in everything I breathe, touch, and do. I hope you find these same themes in my designs. Thank you for inviting me into your craft!
