I started knitting when I took a class in my teens, then knit on & off for a number of years (we don’t need to say how many!), til I started up again with a bang in late 2004. I joined my Stitch ‘n’ Bitch group early 2007, & it’s been steady ever since.

I knit my first pair of socks in June/July 2007 and quickly became addicted, to the point where my friends are amazed to see me knitting anything other than socks.

I got interested in designing socks in a class I took with Cookie A at The Loopy Ewe’s Spring Fling 2008, where I designed my first pair, Spring Fern Socks. More designs followed, and there are more in progress (physically and/or percolating in my mind).
