Provisionally cast on 12 stitches, knit 33 garter ridges
Graft with kitchener
Pick up and knit 34 stitches
Rnd 1: Sl m, cast on 12 sts, knit to end of round. (46 sts)
Rnd 2: Knit.
Rnd 3: Sl m, ssk, k8, k2tog, k to end of round. (44 sts)
Rnd 4: Knit.
Rnd 5: Sl m, ssk, k6, k2tog, k to end of round. (42 sts)
Rnd 6: Knit.
Rnd 7: Sl m, ssk, k4, k2tog, k to end of round. (40 sts)
Rnd 8: Knit.
Rnd 9: Sl m, ssk, k2, k2tog, k to end of round. (38 sts)
Rnd 10: Knit.
Rnd 11: Sl m, s2kp, k to end of round. (36 sts)

Continue to knit in rounds (42 rounds total)
Cuff: Three garter ridges, cast off knitwise.
