Flat picture is BEFORE felting. It took three runs through washer/dryer to felt properly but when they did the shape evened out a bit. The ankle portion is tighter but can be pulled a bit when the wool is wet for final shaping. The foot portion SEEMS big but is a nice size after felting. Cute little booties. I might put a jingle bell on each toe before gifting for Christmas.
