The little lace scarf is machine knit but the cabled headband & mittens hand knit.
I ♥ The cranberry red dye but it bleeds when used on fresh qiviut & so has to be double heated to prevent bleeding. Dye as usual, then rinse garment, spin out water, then add 1 cup of venegar to very hot water & heat pot to almost boing point leave in pot for another 4-5 hrs with lid on to conserve heat.
