I added a ruffle around the bottom edge below where the tie is located.
-- Last Row- Slip stitch to next chain space, Ch 5, SC in same space, Ch 5, SC in next ChSp, Ch 5, SC in same space, repeat from to end of the round, Ch 5, SlSt into first SC of the round. Cut and weave in the ends.
For the tie I just cut a piece of this stretchy ribbon yarn that was about 2 feet long. This ribbon was treaded through the next to last row, tie into a bow and trim the ribbon to the desired length.
