#14 for 12 in 2012

This being my first Entrelac project I chose to use yarn from my stash and I knew that the red heart would hold a stiffer shape to help me with the process, and it works really well. I am loving this technique. Loads of fun doing something different from anything else I have done.

I have finished what I call the front of my First Entrelac Pillow. I am undecided as to what to knit for the back side. I may just knit stockinette in black to as to not take away from the Entrelac.

The first four photos are of the front of the Pillow to be and the 5th 6th and 7th are of the back side, for those who do not know what Entrelac looks like. Love it.

I am still working on the back of this pillow, I have decided to make it all stockinette like the pattern but I will be using a zipper instead of making a flap.

I have finished the stockinette back, now I must find a zipper and put the two pieces together.
A NEGLECTED WIP. I’m entering this one in the Games.
