Mods

• added an extra row of garter around the arms.
• to avoid a too big cowl. Here is roughly what I did. I cast on a smaller number of stitches for the cowl & shorted the length of the cowl. I also increased, M1L & M1R every other row a couple of rows, an inch or so after starting the garter stitching. Then I decreased again towards the middle/end of the cowl SSK & K2tg to get to the number of stitches required for my size. I like the way the neck lays better with the mods.
