I found the pattern was pretty easy to follow and as this is my first ever knitted toy I am really impressed with the results! I added a couple of stitch marks on the beak to look like nostrils, and I reversed the wing pattern for the second wing so that the stocking stitch pattern was in the same direction as the first wing…. but hey that’s just what I do! I am sure my mum will love it and that’s the main thing!
