I don’t usually crochet dishcloths, because I don’t like the idea of messing up something so pretty by using it for a cleaning chore. But, since I’d been looking for a placemat pattern that looks like a single big posy, I made this dishcloth with the intention of enlarging it. Well, enlarging this cutie isn’t so simple, I found, so my hope is that somebody else here will want a placemat version, too, and will figure it out! Lazy me. It’s an adorable pattern, though, and this might be a nice little gift for a friend. Nice job, Doni. I’ve enjoyed making your coasters, too, and they sold well at a charity auction.
