Gauge: 4mm
22-22.5 in 4”
I’m in between of S & M1.
The construction is not difficult to follow. However, it requires a lot of attention. The pattern could have been written better in the sections of neckline and shoulder constructions. Few areas are not clear and consistent.
ERROR: Section 4 (bottom of p.5): should be Right shoulder, not left. Good to have diagrams to show steps of construction, otherwise it’s confusing!

instead of w&t, worked German short-rows

June 27, 2020
finished front to armhole
June 28, 2020
Finished all short rows for back - left shoulder and neckline
Section 4 (bottom of p.5): should be Right shoulder, not left.

Started joining the body. The pattern could have been written better for this section. Luckily made no mistaken so far

Started waist shaping. choosing slight waist shaping and less hip width
July 6, 2020
Used M1L/M1R instead of LL1/LR1 as the pattern says
Chose to do slight waist shaping and less hip width.
Repeat another 4 rows at the hip before bottom band and split.
i-cord binding of front and back is confusing. didn’t know how to do kitchener stitches with the remaining 4 sts…..anyway, I did i-cord grafting instead.
Neck bank: decreased 2 sts on each side of the shoulders to obtain a smaller neckline
Neckline…..ERROR R1: starting at back neck, knit back-sts, pick up and knit sts from right shoulder….it should be LEFT shoulder
button loop…made 6 times instead of 3 to make the loop bigger for the button
OVERALL REVIEW
The pattern could have been written better and clearer. Some parts are misleading and confusing
