Notes

First real weaving project (that wasn’t intended to be a dog just to play with the loom). No problems using the Chroma as warp or weft. Kinda felty on the shuttle - it sticks to itself once in a while, but not too badly. Should bloom nicely and look less sleazy after washing (I hope!). Worked out better than I thought in the end. Maybe a strange choice for weaving as warp & weft, but I got it on closeout and wanted to play with it to see what happened and practice getting better selvedges. Mission: sort of accomplished - need more work to get consistent selvedges!

Details:
3 yard warp
10 dent reed
100 ends
About 12 ppi on average. Seemed to be what the yarn wanted to do to make the best looking plain weave.
Hemstitched 2x2 at beginning and end. Used loom waste to make a plain fringe of 4 strands on each end.
Final dimensions (pre-wash, excluding fringe) 8.5” wide X 78” long.

Plenty of yarn left from the second skein to knit a nice hat, maybe some mittens or fingerless gloves to go with it.
