painted warp, plus weft & solid stripes. Not blocked after dyeing. Wet finishing = simple soak, hard press.
Nice drape/hand, but required an extremely light beat, and I was probably closer to 16-17 PPI. Ran out of weft about a foot short of my goal.
Sample with undyed weft was run through the “handwash” cycle on my front loader. Much more aggressive cycle than my last machine - extreme fulling. Resulting fabric still had a nice hand and a good deal of drape, but was very thick - like sweatshirt knits. Too much texture from fulling obscured the twill. Would be nice for something with color blocks, or a solid color with plainweave or a regular twill.
