Easter. All done! I was a little worried that the colours were too pale but I saw the sunrise this morning and I got it just right.
-Found some vintage baby yarn and Kool-aid dyed it to look like the spring morning sky (I hope)
-I like the way the colours look, just like a sunrise service Easter morning. I’ll be adding white duplicate stitch to the clouds, but it looks good even without the duplicate stitch.
-Just need to add the thumbs and the white duplicate stitch on the clouds.
-I don’t like the left mitt with the words on it. It was supposed to look like he empty tomb, but looks more like a path on a hill or a cressant moon. I’m going to frog the left mitt and put 3 crosses on it as well. Much happier with the new left mitt.
