I needed to test the new center pattern with the simple edge so here it is. Only needed 2 150g balls to complete the simple edged shawl. All done and I’m much happier with the new center. I also like the shawl better in a sport weight yarn. I’ll be changing the pattern recommendations to the new yarn. The second last pic shows a close up of the new edge. The new blocked dimensions are 47inches, the bottom pic shows the original shawl unblocked.
