Love this yarn and this is going to be my first project with it!

Just did a swatch for this project and ADORE the way this is knitting up!

4/1/10 - OWE!!! MY finger hurt:( so the swatch knit up nice and easy, but now that I have CO 48 stitches, I am having difficulty moving the yarn/stitches across the needles, and my fingers are a bit calloused as the yarn is not soft…so love the look of the yarn but its not an easy one to work with:(

I also changed the pattern a bit, I added 4 stitches to the cast on and then bound those 4 stitches off once I completed the amount of garter stitch rows I wanted to get the button flap…I really wanted a button for this hat:)

4/6/10 - Finished this quickly the next day, but it was definitely a labor of love! I love the way it came out but wish that the yarn was a little softer and easier to work with. This could possibly be remedied by using a size 17US needle.
