Making take home ‘loot’ for guests to my boys birthday party… Multiple hackey sacks in various colors - not really trying to get the size exact - just wanted to make a fun gift that would appeal to boys and girls of multiple ages - without purchasing any of that cheap throw away junk they sell at party stores (but costs a fortune) :)

I like the way dried beans feel in the sack better than pony beads, however, that makes the toy unwashable… so I am using the pony beads.

I skipped row 11 in most of the sacks as I liked the more rounded shape. The ‘rasta’ sack with the black, red, yellow, and green follows the pattern exactly. I also tried to incorporate interpretations of pokemon and super mario characters. That may make them not as good as official hackey sacks, but they sure are cute….
