I made these little crochet doilies last weekend thinking about the summer that we are already enjoying, but the colors range I chose seems more typical of the vintage dates. They remind me of freshly harvested grapes ready for processing in wine.

I’ve enjoyed crocheting them because they have a look of Japanese crochet designs that I love.
