The wrapped stitches are not hard to make, they only take up a lot of time. I think I was lucky that I achieved a perfect fit with smaller needles and soft pure wool.
Modifications: long sleeves, wider shoulders, higher neck, no edge rows. I worked the neckband separately in the round and sewed it on.
The wool behaved perfectly: The sweater - including the sleeves - grew a little longer when I washed it, just as I thought it would.
I’m very happy with my warm Cool Elegance pullover.
