I worked bottom-up flat, using several patterns from the book “Knitted Lace of Estonia”. In the order of appearance:

page 149 - Äärepitsi Kiri 6
page 124 - Lehekiri
page 139 - Pohlmarjakiri
page 130 - Hagakiri 2
page 141 - Präänikukiri
page 107 - Miralda lace edge
page 128 - Kaselehekiri
The bottom edge is a 12-stitch repeat, all the others are 10-stitch repeats.

It was easy to work from the charts. As you can see, I let each pattern flow into the next one without interruption.
One thing was funny: When I wrapped the finished back around my arm, I was sure I only needed the same amount of rows for the arms. But when I arrived at the first sleeve cap, it was too short. So I worked an additional pattern repeat on the upper arms.
