I started these years ago for a friend’s baby, but he’s started school now.

I remember making the pattern before a couple of times and it’s easy and satisfying. The finished bootees are really cute. I’ll have to carry on with this one when a friend has a baby boy again. The yarn’s a bit of a boring colour, though…

Well, who’d have thought I’d end up finishing these off for my own son to wear?! Yep, I had a baby boy on 23rd December. Unfortunately although he looks really cute in these, they keep falling off. Needs elastic instead of the ribbon, I reckon. Will try to get a photo of him in them before he removes them…
