My elderly mother was having trouble finding slippers for her swollen feet so thought these mukluks would be just right. Made them previously for my brother.

Will finish the ribbing around ankles and seam sewing when I next visit her to make sure they fit. Using two strands to get gauge/bulky weight - the cleckheaton yellow wool, as well as some homespun alpaca (? still to check with fellow raveller, Rie, who gave it to me)
