Beautiful yarn and my very favorite color too!

This yarn and sweater are a warm hug! The yarn is a dream, soft and warm.

Blocking: I soaked the sweater in Euclan then put in washer on drain and spin cycle. Then put in dryer on delicate. Eventually put it on normal for last ten minutes or so. Absolutely perfect size and drape.

Pattern is actually much easier than it looks, especially once you understand the cable with the double wraps.

Many knitters comment arms are tight. I made the armhole 11 inches deep instead of 9.5. I also made the sleeves 1x size.

I made it in pieces to sew together with mattress stitch rather than knit in the round as some knitters did. I like the structure the mattress stitch gives. Also, I put the neck extensions on stitch holders and Kitchener stitched them.
