A challenging and fun knit.
Had trouble understanding how to cable cast on 19 stitches on Rt needle at pocket, but then figured turn work to wrong side, cast on 19, then turn back to right side to continue. Also, the two first rows of outside pocket are k1p1, but then when you start back on 10 row repeat, do fisherman rib for pocket!
First time I’ve succeeded at tubular bind off. Used this:
https://ysolda.com/blogs/journal/tubular-bind-off . The bottom edge may be a little too tight, but sleeve bind off is very nice.
Love the sweater! If I were to make it again, I would skip the pockets.
All the ribbing makes this a very warm and cozy sweater. Not sure of the yarn, but it feels like a superwash worsted wool. Maybe Rios.
