Matthew wants a striped pullover “ like Ali’s” for Christmas. Saw a striped sweater on Pinterest that I thought I can use leftover yarn from my last SAH blanket. Had to order a couple more balls because I ran out of yarn on second sleeve.
I like the wrong side! I’ll call if a reversible sweater!
Ali said she likes the “little hearts all over the sweater.”
When I told her the hearts look upside down when you wear it, she said they’ll be right side up when YOU wear it and look down. Such an optimist!
Finished except for sleeve cuffs. I’ll do those when I’m with him at Christmas so he can try it on and I can make them the right length. He might want me to redo the neck ribbing, reduce to 80 stitches from 90. I did the ribbing by picking up stitches so that I could easily redo it, knowing superwash stretches out so much.
Just did a crochet inside neck edge to tighten up the collar.
