Such an easy pattern so far and easy to remember especially with the charts.
I need to finish this well before the 31st Jan 2014
11th Jan ‘14: up to row 23
skipping rows 30-39 so I will have enough yarn.
After row 40 used 101g of the yarn
Rows 43 -46 require a fair amount of concentration as the pattern changes
12th Jan ‘14: up to row 43 - each row is taking at least 25-30 minutes to complete now….
14th Jan’14 working on row 45 in 40deg C heat and it’s 31 inside…. ugh….have to stop.
I am so glad it is cotton yarn!!!
Note to self work: 1ch between 3dc and the margins of large leaf forming.
15th Jan ‘14 another scorcher I was up at 6.30am just to beat the heat and get some crochet done- working on row 48 atm, not sure if I will be able to do much more this afternoon- it is already 39.9deg C outside!!! at 12.30pm
16th Jan Another scorcher! 43 deg C (109F)! I am working on row 52 nearly finished one 200g ball cotton after working the 42rows (skipped 10 rows in the pattern) This will be good to know when I make more of this pattern.
22nd Jan: I think this will be just too big!
Tonight I ripped this back from row 61(51)- row 23 ugh!!! So that I will be skipping 20 rows instead of skipping 10 that I had originally thought.
Tonight I then managed to crochet up to row 57 (37).
It will be a much better size!
27th Jan working on the last row.
I added beading to the bobble rows place a bead before the first bobble and after last bobble in the pairs. On the edging added beads too.
