This deer is adorable! I made just the head and arms and attached it to a 17” square in plaid stitch. I used a G hook for the blanket & a C for the deer. I attached the nose to the muzzle before attaching to the head. I attached the muzzle, ears & antlers at the same time as the 12mm safety eyes. I bought the safety eyes from 6060eyes.
