LOVE this pattern. Took a little getting used to, frogged the beginning twice because I wasn’t paying enough attention, but once I got in the groove it was a piece of cake.

I modified the handles, did a 10-stitch linen stitch instead (linen stitch: Sl1 wif, K, repeat from). Handles (before stretching): 19”
Bag: 16” x 16” laying flat, including bottom.

This is a real BEAR if you get lost so I recommend placing a stitch marker on every row 1 or something! Just so you can count back and find out what row you’re on.
