8/12/11 So it’s getting colder and my scrunchable scarf isn’t quite wide enough to keep my neck warm. And this pattern is gorgeous!
I originally bought the yarn for a hat, so I need about 3 more balls. I’ll pick them up on Monday night at the Stitch ‘n’ Bitch :)

11/12/11 One ball gets me 2.5 inches. With 5 balls, that’s 12.5 inches. So I think I’ll aim for 12 inches, to give me plenty of lee-way for the stretchy bind off. I’m pretty sure blocking will give me more length too as it’s nice and stretchy :)

13/12/11 Some witchery is going on here! I’m at 4.5 inches, but I’ve only used 28 grams of the second ball. So 28g of the second ball got me 2 inches, but the first ball (50g) only got me 2.5 inches?! Hmm, I’m looking forward to finishing this ball so I can measure it.

17/12/11 Just started the third ball. I’m at 5.5 inches :)

8/01/12 Just finished the third ball and I’m at about 9 inches.

20/01/12 Just finished the fourth ball and am finally on the last ball!! Yay! I’m at 12.5 inches :)

21/01/12 Just cast off with the surprisingly stretchy bind off :) Just need to weave in ends and maybe give it a wash.

Still need to get proper photos :)
