11-1-14 After a try-on I did decide to open up the hem and add another generous 1” and then redo the hem more loosely. Much better!

9-29-14 Shaping the waist-hips - will have to add sts to allow enough ease for hips.

8-27-14 So far so good - all stitch counts coming out correctly. I do like the texture of the fabric this yarn makes - very soft and nice drape.

8-7-14 Swatched very thoroughly and washed the swatch - the 4.5mm needles are it. The i-cord cast-on is a bit fiddly but with the right needles (wood) the yarn doesn’t slip all over the place.
