Pattern doesn’t automatically print charts, nor are they on the main pattern page (you need to follow a link under “pattern notes”). Additionally, the charts aren’t written out, so they’re required for the pattern. Not cool, Knitty!

Instead of a swatch, just casting on and will measure gauge after toe is complete…row gauge matches, yay!

Gauge: 9 sts / 13 rounds = 1”
(Patrn: 9 sts / 12 rounds = 1”)

Messed up first 2 repeats of charts 1 and 2 -- 2nd cable crossed wrong way.

I’m not liking the pattern with this yarn -- the yarn is a bit busy. I’m frogging and starting over with a simpler pattern.

Chimera is a nice pattern, but I think it would work better for longer color changes.
