Started this pair a few days after ankle surgery. Then, my husband got seriously ill. It’s been a long eight months, and I set these down most of that time. I was able to finish the heel and foot of the second sock in one day. That speaks to the ease of this project.

Picked up 16 stitches for the heel turn
Charts D and H: Worked through round 70
Toes: Decreased to 11 stitches before binding off
