For Cookie A. KAL.

First time I’ve used ShibuiKnits Sock- and it’s super squishy! I raelly like working with it. Easy on the fingers.

LEG:
13 repeats of pattern (as written)

HEEL CUFF:
Worked 30 rows instead of 42 for heel cuff. Thought it would be too long otherwise, and it seems to fit well.

Picked up 16 stitches on each side for gusset.

First one finished 7/8 at 11pm. Only complaint is that for whatever reason, the yarn got super splitty once I started the toe. Could be because I was running on fumes. We shall see. I do LOVE how it came out!!! Plus, my kitchener stitch actually looks half-way decent! I’m psyched. Now, to stay motivated for sock number two…

Sock two finished 7/20. The second sock always takes me so much longer- I have no idea why! I’ve just had less time (and inclination) to knit lately. BOO! I blame my job- for draining me of not only my will to knit, but my general will to live as well! Must do something about that!!! The kitchener toe came out much, much nicer on this one.

LOVE these socks- I can definitely see myself wearing them ALL THE TIME!!! They’re so snuggly and squishy and I wanna love them and hug them and call them George!

Great pattern- super quick and easy to memorize. Probably not my last pair of Hederas. We shall see.
