Dec 11, 2024: Old Norwegian Cast On (aka German Twisted Cast On) 64 sts on US #2.5 (3.0mm) needles with white. Knit the socks on US 1.5 (2.5mm) circular needles using magic loop. Used US #2 (2.75mm) 9” circulars for the colorwork.

Knit 15 rows of k2,p2 ribbing followed by 15 rows of stockinette in CC before starting the stranded chart. I knit the stranded bit on US #2 (2.75mm) needles. Switched back to US #1.5 (2,5mm) circulars on magic loop for the rest of the sock.

Knit 40 rows in MC (Flax) before starting the heel. Reduced 2 sts on the 10th row of MC and another 2 sts on 21st row of MC.

Eye of the partridge heel flap, 30 rows, 15 V side sts created. End having worked a RS row.
