My count appears off (?)
I don’t mind, it’s looking good and is minor enough to not matter for a good fit. It may throw off underarm count but that’s a great place to fudge and adjust.

Some of the directions forget to say “k1” before the instructions. Once I separate sleeves, I can relax more and not worry about slight errors.

Tuesday… hiding out at a fave coffeeshop, knitting on this and loving it!!!

April 1: slow going but it’s fun so that’s good!!! 75 degrees today so I probably won’t finish in time to wear it this season but that’s ok… I’ll wear it in A/C!!

4/5/24 Glaring error (I made:( on front after separation to make pocket openings. I frogged and frogged and it seemed to carry down to the previous row…. sooo frustrating. After tearing out about an inch or two, I got it out. I need to wrap this up as I have other items I’m anxious to get working on. Plus, I’d like to wear this! It is a slow knit. The yarn is very thin.
4/6/24
Separated fronts from back and working on left front. I-cord edge appears incorrect with the wrong side matching the edge of the right side (?) FRUSTRATiNG!!! But I see why it has to be that way… knitting from opposite end/side. I have knit 1.75 inches and hate to tear it out. Plus, I’d have to re-write it. Went with it. It has to be that way and appears to have less structure but looks close enough… unless inspected closely, looks similar enough.
4/12/24
Bottom ribbing complete! On to the buttonbands.
Bought buttons.
Sure wish this yarn wasn’t so rumply. I mean, it looks wrinkled. So weird… hope it blocks out!
4/21/24
It’s coming along nicely. I love the fit and polished look of it. And I love blue. Guess I don’t need to say that. Hoping to finish in time to wear to Jack’s party! Perfect weight for spring.
Finishing second cuff! Woohoo!!&@&$£€%%^!
Finished 1 pocket. Made it longer and only did one side then sewed it down to the front. Just how I like it! Less bulk and no fussing with it. On to the 2nd then off to block!
Blocking now then will sew on buttons and get completed photos. I love it. It was a little challenging with that edge direction missing one stitch but once realized, fixed and ok.
Buttons on (after wearing it to bagel shop without… to settle). Beautiful pattern!!! I love it.
