First non-styrofoam core. I used scraps of fabric and floorcloth (leftover from paper making) and yarn stuffed in a cut up stocking. I decided to try and add a bell in the middle. I used strips of empty TP roll to suspend the bell inside in the hopes it would ring well enough. It sort of succeeded. Shake the ball lightly and you hear a faint tinkle, shake it harder though and the bell hits the cardboard. Maybe next time I’ll try and extra layer of roll on the outside to prevent it from getting compressed too much, and maybe add an extra bell or two.
