This pattern is actually quite simple but it is written very short hand which makes a knowledge of crochet handy. Loved the finished product and so did Duchess’ Boyfriend.

When beginning wings you continue around other side of ch.

Only did 1 sc in wing on last row.
Doing 3 Inc around wing tips. and a sc in space between wings.

Left Wing

Around wings sc as follows: sc 15sc, inc in nxt 3 sts, sc in nxt 5, sc in space between wings, sc nxt 6, inc in nxt 3, sc in nxt 9 sts, sc in space between wings, sc in nxt 5sts, inc in nxt 3, sc in nxt 6, sc in space between wings, sc in nxt 2 sts, inc in nxt 3 sts, sc in nxt 3 sts, sc in space between wings, sc in nxt 1 sts, inc x3 around wing tip, sc in nxt 2 sts slst, skip space, 5hdc in same st, skip row slst, skip row 5 hdc in st, skip rows slst, skips row 5hdc, skip row slst in end.

Right Wing
Cut yarn and Finish off at row 35, re join yarn with a slst in opposite bottom corner of wing, Starting with the shell edge work way around the wing tips increasing x3 at the tips, slst into the wing at end.

Sew wings to body by sewing stuffed area and then flat area as well.

Slightly stuffed foot.
