I made my mom a scarf out of this yarn and had about half a skein left over, so I decided to make her a hat to go with it.

This was my very first hat and it was so easy! Very easy pattern to follow. I think I messed up one of the decreases, but I can’t tell at all.

I knitted flat and sewed the seam, and it turned out great.

I followed the pattern for the Small size, and I used a size 9 needle rather than the 8 in the pattern, and the hat is nice and cozy without being tight at all.

Very pleased with this one!
