I love this pattern and I’ve made quite a few them in the past for relatives. I’m now making over 50 of these gloves in different formats - 1/2 of it for one set and the other half for another set and then also the whole pattern for some. The reason for this is that I need to stretch the yarn out as far as possible but also allowing the ability to be able to make them unique to the wearer… after all they are being sold to teens! :P

This event is to raise money for the High School band and 100% of the proceeds are going to the band, it’s my contribution as one of the many parents to an underfunded music program. There will be approximately 20 High School competing at the Lion’s Pride event with some schools being from different school districts and the event will be at the King High School campus. The band needs money to buy trophies, repairing instruments, printing programs, have food/water available, etc to keep it going; it’s also a great activity for the kids to be in. Knit Picks is going to love me this year! LOL
