Easy pattern with excellent directions. Modification of front panel with I-cord bind-off is probably intermediate level. Enough yarn left over for a scarf or gloves :)

Pattern is Dotted Chevron, p. 28, Barbara Walker’s A Treasury of Knitting Patterns: Since the stitch patterns from the first 2 B.W. Treasuries are frequently used in patterns, I think it is okay for me to write the Dotted Chevron out here.

Bound off front panel with 3-stitch I-cord using US 6 needles.

Body: 90 g

Sleeves worked up quickly on light wooden dpns. Did not alternate skeins. Duh! Had to rework sleeves alternating between 2 skeins.

Note to self: lightweight, silky yarns knit up better on wooden needles!
