I modified this pattern to make it a bit longer and to have more ribbing so that they could be folded over with a cuff when worn with the 2 x 2 ribbing at the knee. These finished boot cuffs measures 10-1/2” long.

Modified as follows:

CO 56 sts loosely & join to knit in the round.

Rows 1-5, 2 x 2 rib

Rows 6-10, 4 x 4 rib
Row 11, 2 x 2 cable, p4, repeat around

Repeat rows 6-11 four more times
(cable rows will be 17, 23, 29, and 35)

Rows 36-40, 4 x 4 rib

Rows 41-70, 2 x 2 rib

BO and weave in ends.
