CO using German twisted cast-on.

Knit ribbing for 11 rows (one more than I mean to!)

6 textured stripes on leg = approx. 2”.

Knit 30 rows in stockinette (also approx. 2”) before heel.

After gusset decreases were complete, knit 35 rows in stockinette (approx. 2.5”) before beginning stripe sequence on foot. Heel measured approximately 3” after gusset decreases were complete, so stripes were begun after total foot length = 5.5”.

2 textured stripes on leg used approximately 1g of yarn. 3 textured stripes on foot used approximately 1g of yarn. For the stripes, I used small yarn samples that were sent to the LYS where I work as part of the Industry Untangled virtual trade show; I don’t want to waste even a bit of beautiful hand-dyed yarn.
